...is that you can't just ask for a deadline and expect it to be upheld; for a deadline to work, the person setting it actually needs a reason to set it at that, so that they actually get impatient when the time limit is not met.

So yeah, of all the pieces which I said I'd do (both here and on ZU), I have selected two which I am actually going to do, and they'll be done when they're done. Requests are always open, but will be accepted at my own convenience.
